Nationally known, founded in 1997: the team that was on Ellen, MTV's Say What Karaoke, Showtime at the Apollo, Channel 13 Action News, The Las Vegas Sun, and more....
VEGAS HEAT is back again!! This non-profit organization that brings new and electrifying performances and shows on skates is now under new direction by Kristen "Smallz" Stein and DeMarco "Lucki" Bias. We love to dance, but we also love to skate. It's a new generation and it's time to enter into a world of dance that collaborates with talent on stage and rink floor- where people who choreograph on foot and wheels can come together for an amazing performance that no one has ever seen.
Vegas Heat present's Entersk8ment: Entertainment on AND off skates.
Vegas Heat's original mission was to keep kids off the streets, in school, and violence free. As a new team comes about- our goals stay the same. When former President, LeVar Maxwell, founded the team in the late 90's, he not only encouraged talented and dedicated youth to meet their potential as individuals, but also worked with them to create a prospering, successful team. For over thirteen years, the team's objective as a whole has been to help build everyone up and to teach each team member the importance of their self-esteem and confidence, along with characteristics of respectful, caring, and responsible human beings.
As the team transforms, the main goal is teach new generations about living a healthy, happy, drug-free, violence-free, gang-free life- and of course, have fun. We encourage everyone to reinforce this positive idea through personal example; whatever they learn, pass it on in order to help another. We thank you so much for your kind support, and if you are interested in meeting us, joining our team, or booking us for your next event- make sure to browse the site!
